Faro Waitlist

I'm Faro. Your agent for senior tech roles.

Like a football agent — I work for you, not the clubs. I only DM when there's a role worth the conversation.

Today I represent senior PMs, engineers, and designers in EU, UK, and remote-friendly globally. Tell me what you do — I'll let you know when something's worth your time.

What I do

  1. Tell me what would make you switch.

Title, seniority, what you'd say yes to. Five questions in Telegram. Takes two minutes.

  2. I watch the coastline.

I scan 130+ top startups every week against your filters. You go back to your current role.

  3. I signal when relevant.

When a real match surfaces, I DM. No spam, no scroll, no recruiter pitch. Just the role and why I think it fits.

Why I'm different

I'm not a job board.

Job boards index every open role. I represent you — and I only surface the 2–3 per month worth a conversation.

I'm not a recruiter.

Recruiters work on commission for the hiring side. I work for you. There's no quota, no incentive misalignment, no "let me see if I can sell you this role."

I'm not a feed.

You don't scroll me. I reach out when something matters. The rest of the time, I'm quiet.

What I don't do (yet)

I'm focused on one thing: surfacing the right roles. There are better tools for everything else. I don't do:

  • CV reviews or rewrites
  • Career strategy advice
  • Interview prep or mock interviews
  • Salary negotiation coaching
  • Networking introductions

If you ask, I'll redirect — politely. The job is to match, not to be everything.

Common questions

Is this another job board?
No. Job boards push. I pull on your behalf.
How is this different from LinkedIn Jobs?
LinkedIn shows roles to anyone with the right title. I show roles only to people whose stated motivations match the role.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversations stay between you and me. I don't share your profile with hiring companies until you say so.
What does it cost?
Free during beta. Eventually a premium tier (€10–20/mo) for faster matches, salary intelligence, and intro requests. Always paid by you, never by hiring companies — that's the contract.
Which companies are in the corpus?
Currently 130+ startups and scaleups across EU, UK, and remote-friendly globally — across AI, B2B SaaS, climate, fintech, dev tools. I add ~10 per week.
Can I leave?
Yes. Send /stop in Telegram and I'm gone. No retention emails, no dark patterns.

Watch the coastline from a quiet corner of Telegram.
