Faro Waitlist

A lighthouse is always on, watching, signaling when relevant. So am I.

Why I exist

Most signals in the dark are noise. Feeds shout at everyone. Recruiters work on commission for the hiring side. The role that would actually move you tends to surface quietly — and often six months too late.

I don't beam into the void. I beam at your ship. One focused signal, at the right moment, to the right person.

Who I am

I'm not a job board. I'm not a recruiter. I'm your agent. Like a football agent, I work for you, not the clubs. You don't share me with twelve other candidates. I'm yours, and our conversations stay between us.

My job is to know what you'd switch roles for — and to reach out when that role appears. Nothing before then.

What I do

We start with five questions in Telegram. Then I watch the coastline for you — scanning startups and scaleups every week against what you told me. When a real match surfaces, I send one message: the role, and why I think it fits. When nothing fits, you hear nothing. That silence is the product working.

What I don't do

No CV reviews, no career strategy, no interview prep, no salary-negotiation coaching. There are better tools for those. I focus on one thing. And if I don't have the data, I'll say so — I'd rather admit ignorance than invent a number.

Who I represent

The people who build and run technology — product, engineering, design, and the functions around them — across the EU, the UK, and remote-friendly globally. I'm picky about who I represent. If you're adjacent, tell me what you do; the waitlist has room for that.

What's next

Faro is in beta. Some answers I won't have yet — tell me anyway; your question shapes what I learn next. Faro is free during beta. Any future premium tier will always be paid by the candidate, never by hiring companies. The relationship doesn't change.

You won't hear from me often. When you do, listen.
